Bolivia - confused + affected  / Beate Höhn and Micha Purucker (DE)

"Confused + Affected," a multimedia performance featuring dance, acrobatics, members of the StadtNsemble, and martial artists in collaboration with choreographers Beate Höhn/co>labs (Nuremberg) and Micha Purucker (Munich). The audience follows the performers' actions through various stations. The dance/performance project explores how political imagery and economic practices influence our emotions and affects, inscribe themselves into our bodies and minds, and how, under the influence of the media, the boundaries between the public and private spheres become blurred.

Within the framework of the XXVII Bertolt Brecht International Theatre Festival, the Goethe-Institut La Paz, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Bertolt Brecht International Theatre Festival, and the mARTadero Project – Incubator for the Arts are pleased to invite you to enjoy the multimedia dance performance Confused and affected, created by the renowned German contemporary dance company co>labs / tanz / performance.

This project, conceived by Beate Höhn and Micha Purucker, arrives in Bolivia in collaboration with Patricia Sejas Aramburo and a distinguished group of Bolivian artists from various disciplines.
